Ryan's over two decades at a large parachurch organization has given him a high level of experience in helping ministry leaders apply organizational leadership principles in their context. This expertise and understanding are critical in ensuring these principles and practices remain auxiliary to the ministry's spiritual beliefs and goals. Ryan also has extensive experience handling challenging personnel situations in a ministry context, having led and trained others to lead through complex issues ranging from professional ineffectiveness to serious problems that may impact employment.
