There are two progressive phases to the team coaching experience:
2019-01-01
Planning Phase
A two-day Team Accelerator Workshop to review a custom Team Strengths Assessment and build a custom Team Acceleration Plan to identify select behaviors the team will focus on for the year to elevate its leadership and accelerate results.
2020-01-01
Coaching Phase
Personalized direct team coaching to support the team as they pursue their goals from their Team Acceleration Plan in the context of their leadership over time. Coaching is crucial in transforming the team's goals from theory to practical application.
Sessions are typically conducted monthly for two hours during the coaching engagement. The minimum duration for a team coaching engagement is 12 months.
Clients typically experience the best individual results from Advanced Team Accelerator. Clients can choose the Team Accelerator as a stand-alone service with an option to upgrade.
